Certification to match the receiving institution
Getting the text right is only half the job. The other half is certification:
- notarized translation — the translator’s signature certified by a Ukrainian notary, for banks and official institutions;
- a bilingual notarial certificate, so the certification itself is legible abroad;
- apostille on originals, notarized copies or the translation itself, depending on the destination country;
- certification with the agency seal when a certified translation is sufficient.

What form of translation do banks and registries accept?
Requirements vary: Polish and German institutions often require a sworn translation, while banks running KYC checks usually accept a notarized translation into English. We confirm the requirements of the receiving institution before starting and prepare the document in the right format — notarized, apostilled or certified with the agency seal.
How long does a standard corporate package take?
A typical company formation package (charter, extract from the Unified State Register, shareholder resolution, power of attorney) takes 1–3 business days, depending on the length of the charter and the language. A single extract or resolution is usually ready the same day. Deadlines are confirmed in writing before we start.
Do you sign NDAs for corporate and financial documents?
Yes, an NDA is a standard condition of working with corporate clients. We sign it before any documents are transferred, using our template or yours. This matters most in M&A deals, due diligence and financial reporting, where the very fact that documents are being prepared is confidential.
How do you deliver documents to another country?
Scans and certified electronic copies go out by email the moment the translation is ready. Hard copies with notarization and apostille are sent by international courier — to Poland or Germany typically within 2–4 business days, to Canada and the USA within 3–7. Tracking numbers are shared as soon as the package ships.
