Do you sign framework contracts with legal entities?
Yes. We sign a single framework contract covering all future orders: it fixes the rates, turnaround times, document handover procedure and confidentiality obligations. After that, each order is placed with a simple email request — no need to renegotiate the terms.
How does payment work for companies?
We work by bank transfer: we issue invoices to legal entities and provide certificates of completed work. For regular clients, monthly billing based on actual volume is available — one invoice and one certificate per month covering all orders.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, a non-disclosure agreement is a standard part of our cooperation. We sign the NDA before the first documents are handed over, using our template or yours. The confidentiality obligations extend to all translators and managers involved in your projects.
