Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data we receive when you use movapro.kiev.ua and the services of the MovaPro translation agency, how we use it, and what rights you have. We deliberately keep it short and written in plain language.

Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

• Contact details you provide in the order form or a messenger: name, phone, e-mail.
• Documents and files you send for quoting and translation. They may contain personal data — yours or third parties’.
• Order details: chosen service, language pair, deadline, delivery method.

We do not collect bank card data: payments are processed on the secure page of the LiqPay payment service (PrivatBank), and card details are visible only to the payment system.

What we use the data for

1. To quote the price and deadline and get back to you.
2. To fulfil the order: translate, certify, and deliver your documents.
3. To send documents and messages related to your order.
4. To meet legal obligations (accounting, notarial procedures).

We do not sell your data, do not share it with third parties for advertising, and do not send marketing emails without your consent.

Who can access your documents

Only the people working directly on your order: the manager, the translator, the editor, and — where certification is required — the notary. All translators work under confidentiality terms. For corporate clients we sign an NDA before any files are shared, on request.

Where files are stored

Files uploaded through the site are kept in secure Cloudflare R2 cloud storage; order notifications reach our managers through internal channels (Telegram, e-mail). Only authorised agency staff can access the storage.

Files are retained for as long as needed to complete the order and handle follow-up questions, and for the periods required by law for financial records. If you would like your files deleted earlier, just write to us.

Cookies and third-party services

We use no advertising trackers. The site runs only technical services: bot protection for forms (Cloudflare Turnstile), an embedded Google map, and the LiqPay payment widget — these may set their own technical cookies under those services’ policies.

Your rights

At any time you can:

• ask what data of yours we hold;
• correct inaccurate data;
• request deletion of your data and files (unless the law requires us to keep them);
• withdraw your consent to processing.

Just e-mail order@movapro.kiev.ua — we reply within a reasonable time, usually a few business days.

Changes to this policy

When the policy changes, we update this page and the “Updated” date at the top. Material changes never apply retroactively.
