When a standard document such as a birth certificate is translated, the cost equals the cost of one translation page (for example, from Ukrainian into English that is UAH 300). However, if the document bears an apostille, the cost increases to the equivalent of 1.5 translation pages because of the larger volume of text: translating a birth certificate with an apostille will cost you UAH 450.

Like the vast majority of translation agencies in Kyiv, we calculate the cost based on character count rather than physical pages — font size and spacing can vary significantly, so one physical page may contain very different amounts of text. One "translation page" is 1,800 characters including spaces. After receiving your order, our specialists convert the documents into a format that allows us to measure the text volume precisely, and the number of translation pages is multiplied by the applicable rate. We have special rates for standard documents, and regular customers can count on discounts. We normally translate up to 10 pages (18,000 characters) per working day at the standard rate; for urgent translations the cost may increase by 30–50%, depending on how fast you need the order completed.

Our standard pace is 8–10 translation pages per day. First the manager takes the order, assigns it to the appropriate specialised translator and distributes the work. Once the translation is finished, the document is edited and proofread; certification or desktop publishing is performed if required. For urgent orders we streamline the process to deliver quickly — even within a few hours; an urgent translation usually costs about one and a half times the standard rate.

There are several options: certification with the translation agency seal — UAH 100 per document (up to 10 pages); notarization of the translator signature — UAH 400 per document (up to 10 pages); notarization of the translation and a notarized copy — UAH 400 per document (up to 10 pages); notarial certificate in Ukrainian and the target language (in 2 columns) — UAH 400 per document; apostille — from UAH 900, depending on the document and turnaround time.

We usually ask new customers for an advance payment of 50% of the order amount. Payment after completion is also possible in certain cases, in particular when a service contract is concluded.
