Birth certificate

Translation, apostille, and legalization of birth certificates for different countries and institutions.

The most common story behind this request: a child was born abroad, and now the German Geburtsurkunde or the Polish short-form odpis has to be presented to Ukrainian authorities — to register the child, arrange social payments, and update the parents’ documents.

The route depends on the issuing country. A German certificate is first apostilled in Germany — usually by the regional government of the federal state — and only then translated, because the apostille stamp is part of the document. A Polish certificate needs no apostille under the legal-assistance treaty, yet Ukrainian institutions still require even a multilingual short-form extract to come with a complete notarized translation. One rule is shared: the child’s and parents’ names in the translation must match the Ukrainian passports letter for letter — which is exactly what we verify before certification.

A certificate translation is ready within 1–2 business days from scans, no personal presence needed: your representative collects the package in Kyiv, or Nova Poshta delivers it.
