How it works in practice
For Ukrainian documents going to Italian institutions the standard chain is: apostille in Ukraine → translation → certification in the format your institution requires.
- Comune, questura, court (marriage, transcription of certificates, permesso di soggiorno, court matters) — require a sworn Italian translation (traduzione giurata).
