Sworn translation into Spanish
Updated:
In Spain, official translations are produced by a traductor jurado — a sworn translator accredited by Spain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Extranjería offices, registries, courts, and universities require exactly this format. MovaPro arranges sworn Spanish translations remotely — including the apostille in Ukraine if it isn’t in place yet.
When you need a traductor jurado
- residence-permit, family-reunification, and NIE dossiers (extranjería);
- marriage and civil-status registration;
- homologation of a Ukrainian diploma (homologación);
- court matters, powers of attorney, real estate.
For employers, schools, or landlords a notarized translation from Ukraine is often sufficient — and noticeably cheaper. Check your institution’s requirement first; we’ll help you ask in Spanish.
The route for Ukrainian documents
- Apostille in Ukraine on the original. Important: laminated old-format certificates can’t be apostilled — we explained that scenario in our laminated documents case.
- Sworn translation into Spanish together with the apostille.
- Delivery: the scan immediately, the paper set under the traductor jurado’s stamp by post.
Pricing depends on the document type — send a scan and we’ll quote within 15 minutes. General rules: Documents for Spain; apostille details: Legalization and apostille.
